Fairplay Foods is committed to providing excellent service and being a good neighbor in the community.
Our service goes far beyond a pleasant shopping experience but is solely based to strive for a better community.

The volume of requests we receive far out number our resources. Although we’d like to say yes
to everyone, that’s not always possible. Political organizations are not eligible for donations
out of respect for the wide variety of beliefs of our customers.
Ways We Donate
Our donations provide funding in the following areas for nonprofit organizations: (tax exempt)
- Youth & Education
- Human Services
- Health & Nutrition
- Hunger & Poverty
Donations from Fairplay Foods are Not available in the form of cash. The most common
way is by donating 5% towards the food you purchase at Fairplay, gift cards or food
for special events.
How To Apply
1. Fill out entire Donation Request Form. (Requests by phone are not accepted.) Please attach
any relevant literature.
2. Fax, Mail or drop off application in person, along with a copy of the 501(c) 3 letter in order for your application
to be considered. (IRS letter non-returnable) Please do NOT turn in a donation request to multiple stores
for consideration.
3. Allow 6-8 weeks for submitted application to be reviewed.
4. The contact on the application will be notified with a decision if approved. Submitting your request
does not guarantee your organization a donation.
Although we would like to support all worthwhile causes, due to the volume of applications, it is not
possible for Fairplay Foods to fulfill every request we receive.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
