100% Semolina. Enriched macaroni product. Always delicious, never sticky, always tender. Be sure to use at least 4 quarts of water for cooking each pound of pasta and always keep the cooking water boiling continuously. The pasta should move freely as it cooks. Stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking together or to the bottom of the pot. Drain cooked pasta in a colander, but do not rinse unless the recipe specifically says to do so. If making pasta into a cold salad, rinse with cold water. Product of Canada.
